Er besteht in der Erstellung informativer 3D-Modelle von Objekten, die entwickelt oder gebaut werden. Es werden Modelle entwickelt, die es zum Zweck haben, das Design effektiver zu machen und die Verwendung von den Informationen, die in der Designdatenbank des Objekts bei der Organisation von der Konstruktion und deren Betrieb verf\u00fcgbar sind, zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Einsatz von BIM-Modellierung f\u00fcr die Entwicklung detaillierter Konstruktionsdokumentation, werden Beschaffungsspezifikationen, Konstruktions- und Montagezeichnungen aus dem entwickelten Modell erhalten. Gleichzeitig enthalten das 3D-Modell und die Datenbank alle Informationen zum Projekt, die f\u00fcr die Bauvorbereitung, die Organisation von materiellen und technischen Lieferungen, die Planung, die \u00dcberwachung der Bauausf\u00fchrung und die Installationsarbeiten verwendet werden sollen.<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<div style=\"width: 600px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-1955-1\" width=\"600\" height=\"603\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chemproject.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/bim-1.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chemproject.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/bim-1.mp4\">https:\/\/www.chemproject.com.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/bim-1.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Falls die BIM-Modellierung nicht zur Entwicklung detaillierter Konstruktionsdokumentation verwendet wird, kann das BIM-Modell anschlie\u00dfend auf Basis von 2D-Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen entwickelt werden. Bei der Erstellung eines BIM-Modells werden Kollisionslisten zur \u00dcbermittlung an den Kunden erstellt, um die \u00c4nderungen an der detaillierten Designdokumentation zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>PJSC &#8220;CHEMPROJECT&#8221; bietet Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr die komplexe Erstellung von BIM-Modellen bei der Entwicklung von Industrieobjekten von unseren Ingenieuren oder weitere BIM-Modellierung der zuvor entworfenen Objekte.
